1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using Campus Karma Co. services, calling/texting 1-877-KARMA-4-U, or accessing our website (campuskarmaco.com), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

Campus Karma Co. provides planned student support services in Northwest Ohio, including:

  • Scheduled transportation to DTW airport

  • Package shipping and storage services

  • Local transportation and errands

  • Same-day assistance (subject to availability)

All services are scheduled in advance and provided during business hours.

3. BUSINESS HOURS

Standard Hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM

  • Saturday - Sunday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

  • Holiday hours may vary

Emergency services are NOT provided. For medical emergencies, contact 911.

4. BOOKING AND CANCELLATION

Booking Requirements:

  • All services must be booked at least 2 hours in advance (24+ hours preferred for airport rides)

  • Urgent needs are subject to availability, approval, and a surcharge

  • Payment required at time of booking or service completion

  • Valid contact information required

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations with 2+ hours notice: No charge

  • Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice: 50% service fee

  • No-show appointments: Full service fee applies

5. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payment accepted via cash, Venmo, or Zelle

  • Prices listed on website are base rates and may vary based on specific requirements

  • Additional fees may apply for same-day requests (+$20)

  • Shipping costs are separate from service fees

6. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

Service Limitations:

  • Campus Karma Co. provides personal assistance services only

  • We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items during transport

  • Vehicle insurance covers transportation services

  • Customer assumes responsibility for personal belongings

Liability Waiver: By using our services, customers acknowledge that Campus Karma Co. is not liable for:

  • Delays due to weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control

  • Personal injury during service provision

  • Damage to customer property not directly caused by negligence

7. USER CONDUCT

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and service information

  • Treat service providers with respect

  • Not use services for illegal activities

  • Pay for services as agreed

Campus Karma Co. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who:

  • Is abusive or threatening to staff

  • Requests illegal activities

  • Consistently cancels or no-shows appointments

  • Fails to pay for services

  • Harasses, pesters or abuses the service

8. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive:

  • Service confirmations and updates

  • Appointment reminders

  • Promotional messages (you may opt out anytime)

Text Message Rates:

  • Standard messaging rates apply

  • Frequency varies based on service usage

  • Text STOP to opt out anytime

9. PRIVACY AND DATA

Campus Karma Co. collects only necessary information to provide services:

  • Contact information (name, phone, email)

  • Service details and preferences

  • Payment information (processed securely)

We do NOT:

  • Sell customer information to third parties

  • Use data for purposes unrelated to service provision

  • Store payment details (processed through secure third-party systems)

10. SERVICE AREA

Services provided primarily in Northwest Ohio, including:

  • Bowling Green (BGSU area)

  • Toledo (UT area)

  • Surrounding communities within reasonable distance

Service availability outside primary areas subject to additional fees and scheduling.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES

Campus Karma Co. reserves the right to:

  • Modify service offerings and pricing with reasonable notice

  • Update business hours for holidays or special circumstances

  • Suspend services due to weather or safety concerns

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Resolution Process:

  1. Contact Campus Karma Co. directly at campuskarmaco@gmail.com

  2. Allow 48 hours for response and resolution attempt

  3. If unresolved, disputes subject to local Toledo, Ohio jurisdiction

13. FORCE MAJEURE

Campus Karma Co. is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Vehicle breakdown or mechanical failure

  • Other circumstances beyond reasonable control

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Campus Karma Co. name, logo, website content, and branding are proprietary. Customers may not:

  • Use our branding for other purposes

  • Copy website content without permission

  • Misrepresent affiliation with Campus Karma Co.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the remaining terms continue in full effect.

16. UPDATES TO TERMS

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Current version always available at campuskarmaco.com.
